You (or anyone else present in the channels where you have enabled your playbooks) can talk directly to @Epiphani Bot and simply ask it a question regarding playbooks.

Executing Playbook from Slack Channel
You can use natural language and the bot will reply back with a list of playbooks that it finds.
Just click on the Run button or select one from the list. If the playbook you selected for execution has any parameters, you will prompted for values:
If no parameters are required, the execution will start immediately.
Once the execution completes (success or failure), epiphani bot will update the message thread with the results.
Click on the '1 reply' or click on 'Threads' from the Slack Left Pane to see the playbooks results.
