You can share a Playbook from "Playbook Editor" page or from "Playbook Engine" page as shown below
Share from Playbook Editor:
Click on "Share" icon in the header of the Playbook Editor page as shown below.
Share from Playbook Engine:
You can also share a playbook from "Playbook Engine" page.
First search for the playbook you wish to share by either typing in the "search" window under "Available Playbooks", or directly locating the playbook.
Next, click on the "Share" icon as shown below.
Sharing playbook with specific users:
A pop-up will show up where you have options to decide how you wish to share the Playbook with other users.
You can select what kind of permissions you wish to give to the user. Having selected one of the above options, it will next ask you to specify the email address of the user or users you wish to share the playbook with,
Note that the user you wish to share the playbook with must be registered at Epiphani's SaaS platform. If the user's email address is found, an email will be sent to the user notifying them of the successful share. Next time when that user logs-in to the Epiphani's SaaS portal, they should be able to see the playbook under "Available Playbooks" in the "Playbook Engine" page, as well as under "Playbook Editor".
